Shipping Charges: You will be charged the shipping cost at time of checkout. The shipping cost shall be determined based on the location where the Products will be shipped.

Shipping Methods: We ship packages using the following methods: USPS Priority, FedEx Ground and FedEx 2nd Day and Amazon Small Parcel.

Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe please email or call our Customer Service between 9am and 5pm EST at vacation@vacation.inc 1-786-789-2036

We cannot make rush deliveries to PO Boxes or locations outside of the contiguous United States (including Washington DC).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be available. You can check the status of your order by going to the website of the applicable carrier and entering the tracking number provided via e-mail at the time your order is shipped. If you’ve ordered an item and it is not shippable within standard timeframes our customer service representative will contact you.

We work to ensure we deliver your order as promised; however, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Orders returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed will be processed as returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for any reshipment fees. We do not allow rerouting of packages once in transit. If you need to change a shipping address after submitting an order, you must reach out to Customer Service to adjust the address - (provided it has not yet entered the picking stage).

Sales Tax: If required by applicable state and local law, sales tax will be charged on your order.
